About Abby Woods

Los Angelizing Mississippi, one day at a time.

Abby went to Cornell and has an MBA and JD. She likes to say nice things to people. She’s probably just kind. Probably… Her desk is always covered in folders and binders. What’s in there? Government secrets? Likely just RFPs, but it’s fun to pretend.

Q&A

Q&A

  • What is your hometown, and what’s the best thing about it?

    Los Angeles. And tacos!

  • Tell us about a fictional product you’d like Mad Genius to get creative for.

Imagine a sleek, state-of-the-art subway system crisscrossing Mississippi, connecting cities from Jackson to the Gulf Coast in record time. This "Magnolia Metro" would feature vibrant train cars adorned with local art, Wi-Fi hotspots, and digital screens promoting Mississippi's best businesses and cultural hotspots. It’s a high-speed, modern solution, blending southern charm with forward-thinking infrastructure.

  • What is the single greatest creative work you’ve ever experienced?

The most creative work I’ve ever experienced is me—myself! I’m still very much a work in progress, but I consider myself the ultimate masterpiece crafted by my parents, Albert and Gwendolyn. Their love and guidance have been the foundation of who I am, and I’m constantly evolving into the best version of myself. Even the name they gave me, Alberlynne, sounds like a really interesting and unforgettable brand.
